Hi guys,

3 days ago I started using G-SYNC Compatible. I limited my framerate with RTSS to 72frames (75hz monitor) and everything works fine except for a strange detail. Im getting stable 72fps in all my games (due to rtss cap) but sometimes it drops to 50fps (and stays at 50fps until I minimize the game with Alt+Tab and when I open it again I get the 72fps again). Its happening randomly (3 days playing, 6 hours each day and this happened 1-2 times each day and it wont get back to 72fps until I minimize the game. Its pretty annoyng because when it drops to 50fps I notice a serious performance drop.
The issue occurred when I was playing Black Ops 4, Lol, The Witcher 3 and its completely random. I can play 2 hours without problem or maybe more.

My Setup
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 3.85Ghz (oc)
GPU: MSI 1070ti Titanium
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000Mhz 2x8GB
PSU: Thermaltake ToughPower Grand 650w 80gold
Monitor: Viewsonic VX2757-MDH
Windows 10 HOME

Temps are fine, no oc problem. I have been using this setup more than 1 year without problem and this just star happening since I enable G-sync Compatible

Solution
There is probably an issue in the driver. Since it was released last week and there are a bunch of free sync panels on the market, there are going to be some hiccups. It may get fixed in a driver patch down the road, or it may not.
