How much does it costs to fix this issue ...
Any suggestions where in Melbourne and how much does it costs???

You're going to have to be a lot more detailed about this. You tried to put your entire problem in the title for some reason and we get nothing past "turned on f."

You're likely out the cost of a replacement keyboard, which isn't that hard to do (depends on the model). The trickier thing is if you got it wet under the keyboard, especially if you tried to turn on the laptop without properly opening up the laptop and drying it.

Any more, it's hard to say. Someone here may be of more help if you were to provide your specs and a more detailed description of the circumstances. All you've told us is that you spilled water on a keyboard and...something happened.

I open the back panel screws and lifted the keyboard, dried as much as I can
I can see that it’s little wet under the keyboard(panel) but I tried to clear it using tissues
Anyhow laptop turned on for a sec and went off when I tried to turn on again, it’s not responding ...

If the water got that far in, you needed to do a lot more than just lift up the keyboard and dry it and you absolutely should not have tried turning it on. If there was any water farther inside than the keyboard when you tried to turn on the laptop, there's a good chance that you've fried the motherboard. Replacing a motherboard, unless you find just the right salvage job, tends to cost more than the used laptop is worth even if you do it yourself.

Your best chance at this point is to disassemble as much of the laptop as you can and dry what you can. Not with tissues, you want to choose something that doesn't leave lint behind. Then let the components dry, ideally in a sunny area of the house, for a few days. Then reassemble and attempt to turn on the laptop.
