Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E7400 support ddr3 memory?

Im gonna buy a new Mother board ,( Asus p5 g 41t-3LX3, or other ) my processor Intel® Core™2 Duo E7400 . Is this processor suitable for new board and ddr3 memory (A-data DDr3 1333)??? PLz help me

YES . The memory controller is integrated in the motherboard not in CPU.

If the motherboard uses DDR3 then the E7400 will work fine. Most motherboards for the E7400 ( LGA 775 interface ) used DDR2 so make sure the motherboard says DDR3 specifically.

In a Core2 system, the motherboard determines which RAM is supported.

Currently, most new Core2 motherboards support DDR3 RAM. But you need to check.
