Now I don't want to act like I know much, so my hardware advice will be limited, but you might think about reformatting the original post to conform to the new system request template that's stickied at the top of the forum. It breaks down what you have, what you need, and what you expect out of your system in a way that's easy for the real experts here to glance at and understand.
As for your parts, my only thought is that dual 2GB 560s is a little much... I don't think you'll ever use that much GPU ram. Unless you're doing something besides gaming, in which case I refer you back to the new system build template, so that you can tell people what you need the system to do.
