What should i upgrade £200 to spend?

Hello looking for some advise have about £200 spare and figure i may as well upgrade my rig but have no idea what to get so any help will be much appreciated

my current spec is

Coolmaster HAF 922 Case

ASUS M4A89GTD PRO Motherboard Socket AM3

AMD phenom 955 3.2Ghz not overclocked Air Cooled by nordwand Rev B Cooler

XFX 5870 graphics card with a Zalman VF-3000 cooler fitted

Crucial M4 128G Solid state drive

1TB samsung SpinPoint F3 Hard drive

4GB G.Skill Ripjaw Ram

850 Watt corsair professional series Power Supply

I normally play modern warfare 3, world of Warcraft, and anything else that takes my fancy i also watch movies on it
i was thinking either more ram or another 5870 g card but unsure

You did not say whether your 955 was dual or quad core...

If it is dual have you attempted to unlock the other 2 cores on your CPU? I would suggest trying this first, then if you can unlock the cores, try to overclock the cpu to around 3.6 - 3.8 GHz. If you cannot unlock your CPU then I would suggest you upgrade to a quad core like the 980 or even a 1100 and overclock it past 4GHz or as close as you can get.

Most people won't need more than 4GB of ram but its super cheap so why not!.

hey sorry didnt even realise there was a duel core version of my cpu i have the quad core which so far i have not been able to over clock more than 3.7 as it becomes unstable. (probably me doing it wrong not had much experience in this area)

i was debating getting more ram as its so much cheaper now.

what are the 980 and 1100t like to overclock are they more likely to reach higher speeds?
