DOES ATI HD 6850 (pci express® 2 1 x16 bus interface) work on my mobo "INTEL DG41RQ" (pci-e 2.0 motherboard)??

Yes. Just make sure your power supply meets the needs of your HD6850 and you'll be fine.

yes PCIE 2.1 is the same as PCIE 2.0.... no difference at all

Only worry if your board is 1.0 or 1.1.
Just like everyone state above, make sure you have a good quality PSU to run that card.
