According to Tom's Hardware GPU hierarchy, the original gtx titan is a bit weaker than a GeForce GTX 1660.

AMD will likely need to lower the MSRP of the 7900 cards. Smart move would be to match the 7900XTX msrp to the new 4070ti Super.
