Was Aufrüsten?

Hallo, hoff ihr könnt mir sagen was bei mir am sinnvollsten ist, etwas Geld zu investieren. Ich hab mir überlegt: Aus 512 MB Ram einen 768 MB Ram zu machen. Oder: Statt einer Nividia Geforce Ti4200 eine Nividia Geforce 6600GT .
Was bringt mehr Leistung? Meine Grafik reicht eigentlich noch ,aber es laaaagt oft ein wenig beim spielen. Ist deshalb ein Ram Tuning oder ein Grafik-Tuning schlauer?
(Oder mit was sollte ich anfangen?) Danke schon mal im vorraus Wiggerl
