737-26591: Blue Screen error (BSoD) referencing ATIKMDAG.SYS in Microsoft Windows Vista
Symptoms:
After installing the Catalyst display drivers and rebooting, the system will give a blue screen (BSoD) error referencing ATIKMDAG.SYS
Cause:
This issue is caused by using a motherboard with a chipset that is unsupported in Windows Vista.
Solution:
Please make sure that the motherboard you are using is listed on Microsoft's Vista Hardware Compatibility List at the following location.
Officially supported motherboards can be found by setting the first dropdown menu to "systems" and then the second drop down menu to "motherboards" or by clicking on "motherboards" under "systems" on the left hand side menu. Only those motherboards that are on the official Microsoft Windows Vista HCL are supported by AMD.
Ein Witz dieser Lösungsvorschlag: P5Q wird definitiv unterstützt!
737-37877: Visual corruption and possible graphics stability issues when over-clocking the graphics engine or graphics memory in dual-display mode
Symptoms:
Unlocking ATI Overdrive™ and over-clocking graphics engine or graphics memory in dual-display configurations (clone mode and extended desktop) can result in visual corruption or graphics stability issues.
Solution:
Switch back to a single display configuration when over-clocking the ATI Radeon™ HD 4800 Series. A future Catalyst release is planned to resolve this issue.

Solution:
The following are suggestions you can try in order to isolate the cause of your issue:
Remove some memory or move memory to a different slot
Try a different memory brand or replace the memory
Test with a different power supply
Test the graphics card in a different system with the same driver version installed.
If it works the issue is not the graphics card or graphics driver.
If it does not work, obtain warranty service for the graphics card if still under warranty or try a replacement graphics card.

Please provide all your Settings for both your application and Catalyst Driver Settings if changed from default.
Insufficient Power: 450 Watt Bequiet sollte ebenfalls noch reichen
Bad Memory Modules Adata 4 GB 1066 Memtest OK
Over Clocking Grafikkarte ist Module funktionieren einwandfrei
