This is the pea way of applying Thermal Paste (Thermal Grease)
Step 1.
Apply a dot of the thermal paste onto the processor.
Step 2.
Place your CPU cooler onto the designated area.
Step 3.
Ensure your cooler has a solid seal, and Viola! Your done!

Do not use the "X" Way, the "W" way, the 4 corners way, anything. Use the pea!
