How to Install and Use Brushes in Adobe Photoshop
Introduction
In this tutorial we will learn how to download, install, and then use brushes in Adobe Photoshop.
Step 1
Go to a search engine of your preference and search for "grunge brushes", "abstract brushes" and/or any style that you prefer.
Step 2
Download the file, in this tutorial we will be using this brush set from DeviantArt user, KeReN-R. You then want to extract this into the Adobe Presents folder titled "Brushes".
Step 3
Go to brush settings and click "Load Brushes"
Step 4
Select the brushes you want to load. In our case the Grunge brushes we've just downloaded.
Step 5
Now you can go back to the page of brushes that you saw previously. Scroll to the bottom and you should see a full list of the brushes you've just downloaded. You can adjust the size aswell. You can also change the color of the brush!
Recap
This is a fun little thing to play with, If you spend a bit of time you can make them look pretty good! I made one just for fun... (Please don't judge my artistic incompetence).
