How to Change the Default Wallpaper during Logon in Windows 7

Many people are sick and tired of seeing the same old blue screen every time they boot up windows. In this tutorial we are going to solve this problem.
Step 1
Download TweaksLogon from this link. This is a free software that helps you change the wallpaper that you see when you start windows.
Step 2
Run the program and give it administrative privilege. I have used this software for years and have not run into any issues with stability or malware.
Step 3
Click on "Change Login Screen"
Step 4
Select the picture you want and click open, you should now have a new Wallpaper!
