Ok i often come across many people wanting to change the language of there Windows XP/Vista/7 to english....(I wanted to make this into a stiky but don't know how)
here is a sure way to do it.
XXXX (any language) to English
1) First of goto http://www.froggie.sk/ download the proper "english MUI" for your windows machine (Left Pane)
for windows xp user use "windows vista RTM" just use the right bit for your machine..
2) install it.
3) run it
4) then click the change language in lower left., then it will prompt to reboot...reboot...viola windows is in english...
For XXXX (any language) to XXXX (any language)

2) then download the LIP (windows xp users use Vista LIP)
3) install it
4) run it
5) now time to add the LIP package, click on "Add language" choose the the downloaded LIP
after that it will prompt click on install language.it will take a couple of minutes...then a pop up again to make the default language the on you downloaded...click yes..after wards it will prompt to reboot click yes...viola you change the language of windows..
