The messages that are displayed in the Action Center are important and you must pay attention to them and take appropriate actions as needed whenever you see any of them. However sometimes you might get annoyed (especially if you are a home user and are least concerned about the technicalities that the computer has) because of several tooltips and balloons that keep popping up in the notification area.
If you are facing such issue with your Windows 8/Windows 8.1 computer, it might become important for you to configure the Action Center to not to display any messages so that you can concentrate on whatever task you are trying to focus on.
In order to configure the Action Center to hide the messages that are generated in Windows 8/Windows 8.1, you must follow the steps given below:
- Log on to the Windows 8/Windows 8.1 computer with the administrator account.
- From the Start screen, hover mouse to the bottom-right corner.
- From the displayed Charms bar, click the Search option.
