1. Download the Setup of the graphics card (Don't pick the wrong driver).
2. Click the Setup display driver installation.
3. Click Next to continue following instructions.
4. Click Install to install the components of your device.
5. Wait for 1 minute to complete installing.
6. Click Finish to reboot your computer to take effect.
7. You should see the new device installed by Device Manager or Display Properties.
I recommend that you installing the correct display driver, Plugging in the VGA Cable from Monitor to Video Card and wait for 2 minutes to boot.
