This is my tutorial and might be somewhat helpful to someone and it worked for me.Here are my pc specs
Intel Core i3 3220 3.30 GHz Dual Core
Gigabyte H61M-S1 Mobo
Corsair Value Select 1600Mhz 4gb Single Stick
Sapphire HD 7770 1gb GDDR5 GHz Edition
I'm playing Watch Dogs since 10days and i face severe stuttering even on 800x600 and low settings.I thought it was the ram cause it needs 6gb but i have seen several people playing this game with 4gb ram.So i bought another 4gb stick and i can play this game on HIGH SETTINGS without stuttering.I played 4hours and i dont even see a single lag or stutter.I'm getting 30+ fps on high settings.So anyone having 4gb ram and face stutter,just upgrade your ram to atleast 6gb so that you dont face any stutter.Cause i have seen that the ram is using approx 4.5 gb while playing the game with only utorrent running in background.So UPGRADE YOUR RAM TO AVOID STUTTER AND LAG
