If you are like me, you like to have a second monitor running at all times; even when gaming. you can be watching a movie, staying updated on Facebook, or your favorite forum; But how do you do so without hurting your game's performance, though?
well if you have an ASRock motherboard with integrated graphics, you are in luck! It is VERY easy to do so just by following these easy steps:

Step 1 - Open ASRock UEFI (bios) by pushing the delete key while booting your PC. ( the sound it makes when it opens is loud so make sure you turn down your speakers/headphones)

Step 2 - Go to the "Advanced" tab and find "North Bridge Configuration" tab. Push enter.

Step 3 - Highlight the tab "Primary Graphics Adapter". It should say PCI or PCI Express depending on which connection you use for your dedicated graphics. Now scroll down one to the tab "Onboard Graphics". Select "Enable" if you want the integrated graphics to always be running. If you want it to turn on only when you plug in a display then select "Auto".

Step 4 - Make sure your primary display is connected to your dedicated graphics card, and your second display is plugged into your motherboard.

There you have it! now your second display will be running off the integrated graphics wile your primary display is on the dedicated. You could have a third display plugged into your motherboard and running off the integrated graphics if you would like to, but keep in mind your integrated graphics will not be near as fast as your dedicated.
