Step 1
On your computer, launch iTunes, and open the iTunes Store. If you aren’t already logged into your account, click “Sign In,” and enter your Apple ID information to do so.
Step 2
You will see a “Quick Links” section on the right-hand side of the page. Select “Purchased” from these links. If you haven’t logged in already, you will be prompted to enter your password.
Step 3
From the top of the page, select “Apps.” You will be greeted with a full menu of app icons, encompassing every application you have downloaded from the Apple app store over the years. From this page, you can re-download all of your apps to iTunes and connect your mobile device to transfer them back over.
Step 4
To download individual apps, click the small cloud icons that appear in the corner of each app icon. To simply bulk download your entire app purchase history, simply look for the “Download All” button at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
Recap
Sometimes, you just can’t store all of your apps on your mobile device. Luckily, downloading past app purchases from iTunes is easy, so even once you’ve deleted an app from your iPhone or iPad, it’s still there if you ever want it back.
