
Some of the issues that arise when buying gems are related to the operating system that is being used to run the game.
If using an iOS device, many of the problems that you will run into can be solved by simply logging into your iTunes account and checking for any notifications. If there are new Terms of Service notifications that need to be accepted, you must go ahead and accept them. That may solve your problem.
With iOS devices, you must make sure that yours is set to allow in-app purchases. You can go to your settings menu and check to see that in-app purchases is turned on. If so, try quitting the game and restarting it.
If you are having trouble with buying gems on an Android device, check to make sure that you are logged in using a valid Google account. You should also update our Play Store app. If you are still having trouble, make sure that your payment method is up to date. If using a credit card, verify with your credit card company that you are able to make in-app purchases.
