How To

Keyboard and mouse stop working when windows 10 boots up fix

- If your computer's keyboard and mouse stop working, it's most likely due to a driver issue. This happened when I installed the latest version of windows 10 tech preview.
- I tried many different solutions, but I simply could not get into the bios with F8 or Shift+F8
-Eventually I figured how to refresh the PC, and it's not through holding F8.

Here are the steps to refreshing your PC (You won't lose documents, pictures, things along those lines. You may have to reinstall games and programs like Java, but I'm sure you just want your computer to work at this point)

- Boot up your PC and wait until it fully loads to the windows 10 start menu.
- Hold down the power button and wait until the computer fully turns off.
- Quickly move to the back of the computer and unplug / replug the power cord.
- Press the power button, and as quickly as you can move to hold the DELETE key.
- Windows 10 will boot saying "Please wait" instead of normal booting this time.
- When it boots, you will be presented with options which will take you to the ability to refresh your PC.

** If you can revert back to the previous technical preview, do that instead of refreshing !*

Hope this helps, fixed my driver issue ! :)
