I had accidentally flashed my BIOS, it wouldn't boot, I couldn't access my BIOS setup and such. I found an unusual solution as stated in the title. Keep in mind, this MAY OR MAY NOT work with you, it worked with me.

First, power off your computer, hit the switch that is on the power supply (it should look like a power switch near the bottom by the power supply cable) disconnect the power cable.

Next disconnect all HDMI's, VGA's, DVI, Ethernet cables, etc. As far as I'm concerned, you do not have to disconnect any USB's. It worked fine with me when I didn't disconnect them.

Now plug in your power supply cable and turn the switch from off to on. Power on your computer, but leave all other wires that you disconnected, disconnected. Wait from 30 seconds to a minute.

Once you done that, connect an HDMI, if it displays an image, login screen for example, you should know it's working.

I'm not certain, however, if you were to shut off the computer that the problem will continue to happen. IF SO, obviously repeat the step and find another solution online as this was clearly a temporary fix. I hope it's not.

Thank you for reading and I hope this helps those in need.
