Loot boxes are virtual boxes filled with virtual loot. They can include skins, sprays, emotes, highlight reels, currency... the list goes on and will probably continue to be updated with even more awesome stuff. You're probably saying, "I want a loot box! I want loot! Give me loot!" Well, here's how you can get some awesome virtual loot of virtual epicness!
Step One) Get a loot box.
There are currently two ways to get loot boxes. You can either level up (see guide on how to level up if you're not sure how), or you can use actual real life currency to purchase these virtual boxes. When you level up, you will see something on the screen that will alert you in some way that you've leveled up and that you've received a loot box. To purchase loot boxes, click on the "loot box" option in the main menu and select "shop". There are several package options to select from. Follow the steps there for payment.
Step Two) Open loot box.
From the main menu, select the "loot box" option. From here you will see the option to open your loot box(es). If you have none to open, refer to step one.
Step Three) Profit!
Now you'll have four new pieces of loot shown here, chosen at random. You can select and equip them right from this screen so they will be used in game.
