Have you become a vampire by accident, or decided it's not really a good choice for your character and you'd rather cure yourself of this ailment? It is possible, and here's how.
Step 1)Find and fill a black soul gem.
You are going to need this in order to cure yourself. To fill a black soul gem you'll need to cast soul trap on a humanoid before you kill them, and have the empty soul gem in your inventory.
Step 2)Speak with innkeepers about rumors.
You'll need to have freshly fed to be accepted around humans enough to speak with an innkeeper. Once you can, ask about any rumors, it might take a few times asking but eventually you'll be told of a Falion who is attempting to cure vampirism, you'll have to seek him out.
Step 3)Bring the filled soul gem to Falion.4
Falion is located in Morthal east of Fort Snowhawk. Once you have found him and have the filled soul gem in your inventory, speak to him and he will give you the option of curing your vampirism.
Alternatively, you can join the companions and complete a few of the opening quests for them until they offer to let you join their inner circle of werewolves. Becoming a werewolf will also cure the vampirism.
