One of the issues with the latest platform and OSes is the seemingly granular level of issues found with components and peripherals. One such documented issue is the inability to have your webcam work after migrating to Microsoft Windows Anniversary Update. This tutorial will show you how to get your input device back up and running.

■Tap the windows key and type "regedit".

■Restart your computer for changes to take effect.

You should now be able to regain webcam functionality while on the Anniversary Update. Do note, Microsoft will continue to improve upon the platform with later updates and additions.
