Previously when safeguarding one's profile you'd have to physically log off the system by issuing a few clicks on your OS. With the advent of Cortana a personal assistant on Windows 10 you can now leave your system while issuing a voice command to log off without fear of your profile being tampered with. This tutorial will show you how to shutdown your system using voice command and Cortana.

■Open Windows File Explorer by tapping "Windows key"+"E".

■Click on "This PC" from the left hand pane.

■Name the shortcut per the voice command you want Cortana to recognize such as "Sign off" or "Sign out".

■Click on "Finish" to complete the shortcut creation.

■Provided your "Hey Cortana" feature is enabled, you can now try out your new trick for Cortana by saying "Hey Cortana: Open Sign off" to have Cortana initiate the shortcut which in essence is an instruction to log off your user from the system.

You can now use voice command to log off your system on Windows 10.
