Praxis kits can be found in game, and you will receive one each time your character levels up. If you can't wait for the experience to level up, and you just want to go out hunting to find these, then this guide is for you. Here is the location of 15 praxis kits that you can find in game.
South Prague Praxis Kits.
1. The first that you can find is located in the apartment just under yours, with the eviction notice on the door. The poor sap sitting on his couch apparently doesn't mind being robbed blind, so just walk on in and take what you like. Just behind the couch you'll notice a board out of place. Take a closer look and it's actually a hidden cache that you can open to find this Praxis Kit.
2. The second, or actually the next four, can be found by talking to Tars, the merchant with the bodyguard standing outside who's in the same apartment building as you. He's not just giving them away though, you'll have to pay 10000 credits for each. Two are available before you head to Golem city, then one more when you get back, and a fourth when you return from the GARM facility.
3. The third is located in the time machine. After opening the secret passage by pulling on the red book, look for some rock band posters on the right after you get out of the elevator. One of these can be moved to reveal a vent that you can follow to a safe. The praxis kit is located inside once you've cracked it.
4. This last one is found in the Church of the Machine God. You can gain access to this during or after the 'Confronting the Bomb Maker' quest, depending on if you choose to do it, or the other quest available at the same time. It's located at the top of the apartment complex, above Allison's computer is a storage area you can reach with the jumping augment.
North Prague Praxis Kits.
1. The first to find in North Prague is inside the TF29 headquarters. Specifically inside of the infirmary inside of a medical box on a high shelf between some books.
2. The second is found inside the LIMB clinic, in a storage area above the main clinic. You can get to this by opening a hatch and jumping up from the reception desk, or by going through a vent found on top of the archway beside the clinic itself. The praxis kit is located inside of one of the boxes in here, behind some stuff you'll have to pick up and toss aside to see it.
3. The third is found inside of the Libuse apartments, specifically apartment number 96. You will be sent here during the eighth story mission, or you can come visit it yourself. The front door is a level 4 keypad, so can be hard to hack your way in. You can jump to the ledge and break in through the window to get in as well. The Praxis Kit is located inside of one of the boxes on the kitchen counter.
4. This last one is located inside of Dvali territory, which you will be visiting once you get back to Prague from the GARM facility. How you get to this largely depends upon your actions towards the Dvali and if they are hostile towards you or not. However you get here, this kit is located inside of Radich's office in the basement of the theater, behind a hidden panel that you'll have to hack.
Palisade Bank Praxis Kits.
1.During the side mission Samizdat, you'll be directed to find some dirt on the mainstream media. The dirt, as well as the praxis kit, is located inside of the CEOs office inside of the bank here, inside of the safe. You can get into this office by solving a mechanical puzzle outside, or by using the vent behind the big screen TV.
2. The second praxis kit to be found inside of the bank is in the executive safes, specifically safe B07. Gain access to the vaults by any means you like, and the code for this safe is going to be 0310.
3. This third one is located inside of the vaults of the bank, which you will be taken to eventually during the main story of the game. You'll be looking for the Tai Young Medical vault, and you can get the keycard to open it from the second part of the side quest 'the Mystery Augs'. This specific vault is found on the 3rd level.
Golem City Praxis Kits.
1. The first is found near Mir Fiats, with a neon light sculpture outside. When you first reach the sculpture, turn right and go through the door, and then sneak into the fenced in area behind the gate. On the far side of the storage area is a medical box that contains this praxis kit.
2. This praxis kit is a reward for completing the achievement 'Golden Rookery', which involves finding a golden penguin in one of the shacks in Golem city, and carrying it all through the map, including through hostile ARC territory, to a room with many other golden penguins. Place the penguin where he belongs, and it will open a safe with this praxis kit inside of it.
3. This one is pretty easy to miss, it's located inside of ARC territory in Ridit Station, in the northwest side of the map. Look for a big blue tarp draped over a container, and you can actually interact with one of the corners of the tarp to move it out of the way and loot the container for this Praxis Kit.
4. This last one here is found right at the end of the mission when you finish your talk with Rucker. Use his keycard to open the door on the left and you can find this Praxis kit located inside the safe in this room.
The Final Praxis.
Finally, the last praxis kit is located on the final boss of the game, so you probably won't need it at this point unless you plan on playing a new game plus. Just search the bosses pockets for this kit.
