In case your Minecraft launcher looks like this mess everytime you run the cursor over menus and buttons, here's the simplest way to fix it!
This glitch is caused by a program called "AMD Gaming Evolved" which automatically starts when you turn on your PC. To fix the problem, all you have to do is disable it from starting with Windows and then close it.
STEP 1: Go to the left of the Taskbar and click on the arrow that says "Show hidden icons" and then double-click on the AMD Gaming Evolved icon.
STEP 2: Once you've opened it go to the top right of the window and click on the wrench icon and then click "Preferences".
STEP 3: In the "Preferences" window uncheck the "Automatically start Raptr" option and then click "OK" and exit AMD Gaming Evolved.
STEP 4: The last thing you need to do is to entirely close AMD Gaming Evolved. Click "Show hidden icons" on your Taskbar, right-click on the AMD Gaming Evolved icon and then click "Exit".
That's it! You fixed the problem once and for all!
