I wish I had one of those desk bikes at my last job (help desk call center), I could have lost some weight instead I gained weight. Oh well, it's important to be healthy, so I have no problem with the spirit of this thread.

I'll add my 2 cents on staying healthy (things that are working / have worked for me)

1. Eat moderately

2. Drink a good amount of water daily (soda doesn't count)

3. Exercise, and I don't mean going to the gym and building up a serious sweat, just move!

1. Eat food that are not too high in fat - as in fruits for a snack!

2. Yes, drink lots of water and nothing else counts

3. and well, to increase your energy.. i would recommend jogging 10 - 15 mins a day, if you really can't do that, then i would suggest energy shots Hahahahahh xD

Hi, thanks for your nice comments on this topic..
I have read it and find it is a good forum topic..
Games have a great impact on sensory perception at a number of different levels. For example: A baseball player learns to process very quickly that the ball is coming toward him, or that he is in danger of being tagged, or that it is his turn; or that he hears the footstep behind him, or his name or number called, a touch on his shoulder, the person's senses are stimulated so the person can recognize and respond to all the things going on around them. With practice, the clumsy awkward body becomes agile and expert; a child who tumbles down today won't tumble down next week. We're never too old to improve our physical ability to respond to sensory stimuli and games are a great way to help us does that.

Anybody know where the World of Warcraft European servers are located? Someone said they are all in Britain but I am not sure. Would they have some in Germany, some in Finland etc?

I am trying to do a business plan for my own massive multiplayer game and was wonder how they spread out the resources.

I have never smoked, drank, eat no red meat, never expose my skin to direct sunlight, never go out with "loose" women, and drink only natural spring water.
I jog 2 miles a day, hike on the weekends, and follow a steady routine at the gym.
I should live to be close to 100, although I have no idea really why I would want to since my life is so freaking boring.

I'm all for this section.

Yes, it is a tech web site--but that doesn't mean the only thing people here are interested in is Technology.

A little health section is fine :)

I enjoy amateur bodybuilding, and people come here to ask questions and get answers. My gaming community ( www.xtremist-2.com ) has a large forums section with areas for fitness, gaming, movies, other interests, and basically anything you can imagine. It works fine, if you are not into health and fitness--you needn't post here, that's all :)

It tickles me how every month or 2 this post gets bumped like clockwork ;)

lol, I just noticed this section the other day--needless to say it gets overlooked.
