Bootable Bios Flashing disk

I'm trying to flash my bios for my A7V mobo, and i cant boot to the disk. the Asus intructions say to do format s:/s which win2k wont let me do cuz thats a win98 command. so i formatted the disk normally and added the alfash.exe and the 1007 version bios. when i boot it says ntldr is missing press any key to restart. but when i did search in help, the topic it had for ntldr was making a fail safe disk. How do i boot to this bios flashing disk?

make a dos 6.22 bootdisk. You will be able to boot up from that just fine.

yea, go to bootdisk.com and look for dr. dos for win2k, thats what i use and it works great
