I can read e-mail in webmail but cannot reply to any as I just get a box with an "x" in it, any ideas? Thanks

Sorry but who's webmail? AOL, BT, Sky or who else? Whichever, it's their site that's at fault. It's probably better to use a universal e-mail handler - Mozilla Thunderbird is a good one.
