Hello everyone,

I am trying to find a type of mod for Oblivion that would put waterfalls and such in the cities. Does anyone know of a mod? The cities are starting to get kind of bland... And I don't want to download any of the texture packs at the moment.

Thanks

I looked through TESNexus but I didn't look at PlanetElderScrolls yet. I don't feel like signing up for another site right now. I just started a modding tutorial and can now use the construction set a little bit. I'll probably just try to make my own mod. Thanks for the answer though :)
