The Microsoft picture and fax viewer just disappeared. How can it be
reinstalled in Windows XP Home?

Hi George,

What exactly do you mean by "disappear"? WPFV is just a DLL file, not an ..EXE file. To re-gain the Preview function for images and to integrate it with the Shell, just type REGSVR32 SHIMGVW in Start/Run dialog.
