I have 2 set of components in mind for my new pc but i'd like to have your opinions on them first.
Tell me which one is the best between theses 2 set's of components and also is there any of theses peripherals that i should replace with something else.
Thank you,

1st System supports hyper-threading technology and AGP 8x and DDR PC2100.

Intel Pentium 4 Processor 3.06 Ghz
Tyan S2662An I7205
Kingston 512Meg DDR PC2100 (266 MHz)
Asus V9280S Geforce4 TI-4200 128Meg TV-Out
Creative Labs Soundblaster Audigy 2
Western Digital Caviar 120Gig 7200Rpm 8Meg
Thermaltake Xaser III V2000A
MS Trackball Optical

2nd System supports AGP 4x and Rambus.

Intel Pentium 4 Processor 3.06 Ghz
Asus P4T-533C
Major 512Meg PC1066 Rambus 184 pin 16bit
Asus V9280S Geforce4 TI-4200 128Meg TV-Out
Creative Labs Soundblaster Audigy 2
Western Digital Caviar 120Gig 7200Rpm 8Meg
Thermaltake Xaser III V2000A
MS Trackball Optical

the only thing i see different inthe two is the
rambus memory and the mobo;

Me personally would take the second over the first system becuz you cant go wrong with rambus mem. and there is not a really much of a noticable difference between 8x and 4x agp and you also cant go wrong with an asus mobo. so like i said me I would go with system #2.

how much money u tryin to spend if you dont mind me askin?

Since you asked my opinion :)

I'd switch the HSF to Swiftech MCX4000-B Heatsink with a variable speed fan.

I'd go with the 7205 chipset and change the video card to the ATP All-In-Wonder 9700 Pro. Who knows, AGP 8X might really be cool in 18 months.

Darn typos
