OCing PCCHIPS 935 mobo

um.. Im got a PcChips El Cheapo Mobo from a friend who wants me to OC for him. It has a P4 1.7Ghz processor on it and I would like to know if any one has any info on how to OC with this Mobo? MAybe any links for bios flash or something like that? It has a 22X multiplier in the bios but I dont really know if it Overclocks or how to tell if the processor has been overclocked. also if anyone has any info on how to raise voltages that would be helpful also.
