COD4 Athlon XP replacement files!!!

My x1650xt died, so I just installed my HD2600XT in my older AGP desktop. I had to format my disk and reinstall windows to get the drivers for the new card working...and I forgot to save two files I had downloaded that "patch" Call of Duty 4 to work on Althon XP machines. I've searched high and low for them, but I simply can't find them! Does anyone know where I can DL them?
