Ok so i push alt + enter and i still dont get full mode and i stay in a window mode

ive tryed to go to assassan's Creed .ini and change the the full screen mode to 1 but it was already 1......

now what do i do???

p.s. i also have the 8800 gt so ya and a q6600

Not to sound patronising, but have you tried the in game settings? I've never played the game myself, but most these days have an option in the menu. And the .ini file could just be a bit dodgy. Really, having never played the game for all I know they could have last minute disabled full-screen.
