P4PE or P4GE-V

Last response: in Motherboards

I'm looking to upgrade my system. It's a gaming rig and have decided to get an Asus board, either the P4PE or the P4GE-V. The question is, how do the chipsets on these mobos compare performance-wise? I imagine they are exactly the same but I need to make sure.
P4PE:
Intel 82845PE MCH
Intel 82801DA ICH4

P4GE-V:
Intel 82845GE GMCH
Intel 82801DB ICH4

Whichever one I get I will be sticking the same basic components on it:
P4 2.4, DDR400 RAM, GF4 4200, SB Live 5.1
so I don't care for the audio and graphics chips on them.

More about : p4pe p4ge

The P4PE has hyperthreading (runs like two chipsets- over 3.06CPU and WinXP), where the P4GE V does'nt, but has onboard graphics {crap graphics from what I've read at these forums}.
So I guess in theory the P4PE would be the best.
