Can i change windows 7 64 bit to 32 bit

I am trying to install a driver on 7 64bit. I have a message saying enter the path to the folder with the downloaded driver. I saved this on my desktop, but cannot get it to work! Please help a computer learner!! Thanks

Desktop is a folder in C:\Users>{yourname} - try navigating by that route.
