Which company has a introductory book related to, 'Guide to building high
speed networks?'

I would like to purchase the book and five computer / workstations and an
entry level server with the software to set up a network with a hub, router,
wireless, etc.

Thank you for your time.

Try www.dell.com and check their on-line catalogs and
network support.
The "Dummies" series of books covers networking.

Windows XP has a pretty good help section on networking.

Google for "LAN setup" or other terms such as Ethernet or
"small office network" which will find
this
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp [...] fault.mspx
and
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp [...] fault.mspx
and
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ [...] 7?v=glance

These are just a few of the results found.
