Has anyone used <A HREF="http://www.ioss.com.tw/web/English/RD1BIOSSavior.html" target="_new">BIOS Savior</A> before?

I wonder how old that is. They talk about updating the BIOS to install "new CPUs such as Pentium III and K6-3s".

yes I've used it. It works as advertised.

It seems like it would be much better than hot-swapping to install a new bios over a corrupt one. And you also have to have an extra mobo that is identical.

Did you like it?
Do you recommend it?

yes to both. It's also useful to reprogram a friends BIOS if they wack it accidentally.

Yes. It works just like a "Hot Swap", but the swap is done using a switch instead of physical removal, eliminating the possibility of putting the chip in wrong while the thing is running.
