Recieved this message after filling in a reply form.
Can anyone tell me what it means.
Also if this is a IE error what is the newsgroup's address so that I can
post to them.

Interesting. I received the exact same message, word for word,
from a form at Symantec. When I grabbed whois and wrote the
site's tech ref contacts, one replied, offering to take my
message to the right people for me, but no explanation of any
kind. No response to my request for help yet either. This was
two days ago.
