MSI KT3 Ultra 2 vs MSI KT4V-L

I wanted to buy the MSI KT3 Ultra 2, But it needs to be special ordered from ncix. They suggested the MSI KT4V-L for $4 more. Looking at a price around $120 can. Whats your thoughts on this or another board. I,m buying a XP2100 and Maxter 60 g harddrive. Also need a video card for around $120 can.

If you don't need onboard LAN, then KT3 Ultra2 is fine. No need to spend extra $4 after MSI KT4V-L
