dunno much about p4 mobos (i have only ever built amd-i'm not a zealot, just always been building on a budget) but the granite bay mobos with the intel e7205 do dual ddr and have agp 8x- the asus p4g8x has gb lan too.expensive but you must have a bit of money to spare now you aint going for the shuttle.
don't take my word then on p4 mobos coz as i said, they aren't my strong point.
however, i am in the uk and i have loads of experience in buying stuff from uk online retailers and over time i have found that the best places to get components in the uk are:
<A HREF="http://www.ebuyer.com" target="_new">Ebuyer</A>-cheap and masses of products
and <A HREF="http://www.komplett.co.uk" target="_new">Komplett</A>- not nearly as much stuff but cheaper than ebuyer for memory and sometimes for cpus

no matter how hard you try, you can't polish a turd. :]

I'll vote for the <A HREF="http://tw.giga-byte.com/products/8sq800ultra2.htm" target="_new">Gigabyte GA-SINXP1394(GA-8SQ800 Ultra2)</A>
