I have a Soyo KT333 Ultra Platinum. I also have 2 Corsair PC2700 sticks of ram. I cannot run this ram at 166 asynchronously with the processor at 133 FSB. Here are my timings.

Default voltage
Dram Clock 133
CAS 2
Bank Interleave 4
TRP 2
TRAS 6
TRCD 2
Queue Depth 4
Command rate 1

I see TRAS at 5 in tons of reivews, but my bios only has 6 and 7 as options and I have the latest bios revision. Anyway, with these timings I can only get 1904/1825 in Sandra 2003 while it has a refence VIA KT333 PC2700 CAS 2.5 at 2092/2014. My ram doesn't get to hot to the touch and I run Folding@home non-stop.

One interesting thing I cannot get to work is the option "Dram Clock". Which has the options of "133,166, or by spd" Anything other than 133 causes a blue screen or "can't find x file error" upon win2k boot. And Mandrake 9 simply goes crazy while booting spitts out all sorts of weird numbers.

So I guess my question out of all this is can anyone give me any advice about how to squeeze some more performance out of my current setup?

That made both score go down by about 200 points apiece.
