Is it just me or does the UK get very little Games Exhibitions like E3 and PAX?

I think it would be good if someone started holding big Games roadshows or exhibitions in the UK so we can have a look at the new games like Spore, Fallout 3, Fable etc without having to shell out lots of cash to take a trip to America or Japan to visit the big events.

Surely there has to be some comapnies that would be willing to hold an annual event that us Brits can attend without having to fly abroad?
