ok i only have one user name on my login page (windows XP) and guest. well
somehting happend to my one user name and every time i login only the
background and the mouse come up and nothing, so latley for the last 2-3 days
ive beeen using my guest account but i have come to found that i can barley
do any hting on it and cant run half my programs. is there any way i can
creat a new user with out having to login to my one user name?

Should be easy:

Boot into safe mode by tapping F8 as soon as you turn ur machine on. Choose
safe mode from the list you get, then press enter twice.

Log into the administrator account when the login appears.

U'll get a message mentioning system restore, click NO.

Pick adat when U know the machine was OK and then keep clicking yes and OK.

Ur machine should re-boot and then work just as it was at the time you've
restored it to.
