Blue Screen on Windows Install

I'm completely stuck here, need assistance!! Going into panic mode!

When I am trying to install Windows XP on my system, I get a Blue Screen of Death when it goes to "Setting Up Windows" before it gets to the hard drive configuration part (set partitions, etc).

I am running:

AMD Athlon64 FX53
ASUS SK8N MB
2GB OCZ PC3200 ECC Registered Memory (4x512MB)
2 Seagate 120GB SATA Drives (Set for RAID 0)
256MB Nvidia GeForceFX 5900 Ultra
SoundBlaster Audigy 2

The blue screen doesn't say much at all...just gives this error:
STOP: 0X0000008E (0XC0000005, 0X80859140, 0XF78DA4F4, 0X00000000)

Microsoft site says something about memory, but I have tried changing around DIMMS (removing two, leaving 2, switch those out, etc)....no go...

HELP!

my first thought is bad ram.

I tried switch out modules....is it really possible they could all be bad?

did you just change them around or remove/replace them?
