hp 753n fw232 and sound driver

My customer's W2k server died (about time) and he has given me a hp pavilion
753n
to rebuild. W2k Advance server works well but can't find driver for sound
card. HP
site no help and Google finds others with same problem, no fix.

The firewire Agere fw323 also shows only as PCI Controller with no drivers
available.

I do not have the recovery disk as the original hard drive fried a day after
the one year warrantee.

Server doesn't need these functions but would like to get them to work.
