Anyone using a Xfire setup for Warhammer? Building a new PC in a few weeks and Id like to use a 4870X2 for a video card and need to know if its supported.

I'm using Xfire and playing Warhammer Online but I'm not really using any features of Xfire. It connects when I'm playing and logs the time but that's about all I'm doing with it.

When I say Xfire I meant Crossfire, as in 2 ATI video cards. :pt1cable:

I have 2 EAH4850's crossfired @ 2.0 on an x48 mobo, and the answer to your question is yes.

I have never had any graphic issues with warhammer. People say the graphics suck in warhammer, and then I post an in-game screenshot of what the game looks like on my pc. It's like they're playing a different game.

Thanks for the input naysayer. That was the answer I was hoping for. Im running an 8800 GTX now, at 1680X1050, but I dont think it will hang at 1920x1200.

Ive been playing since mid beta. War is one of the better MMOs Ive played since pre-TOA DAOC. Well worth your time Radnor, if you decide to give it a shot.

Yeah, Im building a PC that will push 1920X1200 res with all the bells and whistles on. And I want to make it somewhat future proof as well, so a 4870X2 is in order at this point.
