Okay immediately after installing the new patch 1.74 I got an error telling me the dll file was missing I downloaded that, put it back in and it came up saying that the shader libraries are missing, so I tried uninstalling it and got the error below and so, was not able to uninstall it or for that matter RE install it.

Error Code: -5004 : 0x80041f42

fixed the problem, had to download an uninstaller program, then re install it.
